These light fixtures begin life as automotive air filters, with some spending up to 10,000+ hours under the hood of a diesel engine haul truck before the team rescues and refurbishes them. Stephen’s local team (located in Johannesburg, South Africa) works closely with micro recyclers to repurpose these discarded diesel truck filters to create each unique light, leaving a footprint of love and respect both for people and the environment.
